Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide commercial finance support for project controlling, and business decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and treasury activities across multiple currencies.
  • Strengthen internal controls, mitigate operational risks, and support SOX compliance and internal audit processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance operations through process enhancements, reporting automation, and ERP system optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 7of relevant experience in a MNC environment, preferably within manufacturing industry
  • Well verse in in SFRS, statutory reporting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, with advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools like Power BI.
