SATS 2 ) Facial Registration Appointment 9AM to 3:30PM

Job Scope This job posting's sole purpose is to facilitate the process of Facial registration with SATS. NO PAYMENT as it does not involve any work. All Aventa freelancers, including 1st-timers, are required to register their face at the SATS office. This is a one-time process, and it is essential for clocking in and out at the SATS terminal every working shift You should receive an Aventa Employment Letter before your appointment via WhatsApp. Kindly PRINT IN COLOUR and bring along your NRIC for security clearance. Bring Food Safety Certificate and show to SATS office staff (REQUIRED W.E.F 1 Sep 2023) Note for 1st timer: > You are NOT allowed to work until facial registration is done. Freelancers can attend all Aventa shifts available in-app after facial registration is done. SATS registration office opens from 9AM to 11AM and 1:30PM to 3:30PM, WEEKDAYS only. If you are going for 8am shift and wish to register, contact EL Connect Support to set an appointment.OR If your appointment is set on your shift day, you may register on the same day: 10AM shift: Arrive by 9AM to register 1PM shift: Arrive by 10AM (office closing at 11AM) to register 3PM shift: Arrive by 2PM to register Job Requirements IMPORTANTPLEASE TAKE NOTE Attire: Disposable Face Maskbring extra just in case of dirty / misplace after break. T-Shirt / Polo Tee Long Pants / Jeans Safety Shoes [ In the event part timers have no safety shoes kindly contact the respective Aventa Shift Leaders to get the safety shoes from them ] PPE (white dust coat and white hooded cap) will be provided by the hirer before entering the Kitchen Important Notice: EL Connect freelancer whom previously work at SATS with other agencies are allowed to join Aventa, however you are required to de-register fingerprint from the previous agency and then register under Aventa Services Pte Ltd at SATS admin office. MUST COMPLETE full shift of 7 working hours to be paid MUST register fingerprint and clock in/out on SATS terminal ID to be paidcannot clock in late and clock out early.[ Payment will be withheld for freelancers without registering their fingerprint; they must register @ SATS office. Payment will be released upon course completion.] MUST sign in/out on Aventa Physical Timesheet to be paid Freelancer must have valid Food Safety Certificate (FSC) [ Payment will be withheld for freelancers without an FSC; they must attend a course within 1 month from job completion. Payment will be released upon course completion.] Please note that any payments released will be clawed back if hirers report that freelancers did not meet the requirements. Bring along physical NRIC and PRINT OUT the Aventa Employment Letter for casual worker on shift day. Reach at least 30mins BEFORE job start time for Security Clearance ( you will need time to walk to the kitchen, mark attendance and change PPE ) Contact site supervisorsend an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster.(eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc) WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor. Late comers will be rejected for the day's job DO NOT turn up until you receive EL Connect app and email notification. Leaving work before job end time is misconduct and will result in no pay. NO wearable accessories NO manicure / long nails DO NOT bring bags as there is NO LOCKERSkeep valuables inside pocket NO Smoking in non-designated areas. NO one is to consume or pack away any items from the kitchens and stores. Entry to Production Floor is STRICTLY via the Air Shower and also to adhere to the hand washing protocols.
