Job Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment and building areas remain operational and safe.
  • Support upkeep of a clean and compliant environment according to relevant authority guidelines.
  • Manage outsourced vendors, monitor service delivery and review performance annually.
  • Assist in planning and maintaining emergency response frameworks, including fire safety and contingency procedures.
Event & Activity Support
  • Assist in logistics planning and coordination for temple events and activities.
  • Handle applications for carpark permits and liaise with relevant government bodies for necessary licences.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Source quotations, evaluate options and process approvals for purchases to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain documentation such as contracts, service records, invoices, certifications and audit-related files.
  • Support contract renewals and procurement workflows, including raising requests in the ERP system.
  • Perform additional administrative and facility-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent experience in facility operations or administrative support.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with strong hands-on experience may also be considered.
  • Knowledge or experience in basic electrical, technical repair or facility upkeep is an advantage.
  • Familiar with vendor coordination, documentation handling and facility-related compliance procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and comfortable managing administrative tasks.
