Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to the offices in Korea and Singapore.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on sales quotations for clients, and process purchase orders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various departments, offices, and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field
  • Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written), as the role requires frequent communication with Korean-speaking customers and vendors
  • Customer-oriented, personable, and a strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
