Ops Support Executive (Desktop / L2 Support)

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,800

What you'll do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop / platform issues.
  • Support project deployments, device migrations and hardware refresh cycles.
  • Perform Active Directory account management (create/reset/delete).
  • Manage IT assets and update records.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute to implementation / upgrade projects and service improvements.

What you bring:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.
  • 3–5 years' experience in desktop or IT support (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or other asset management tools is a plus.
