As an Operations Director (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Direct the daily operations across all clinic locations to guarantee uniform standards in patient care, service quality, and adherence to regulations.
  • Create and execute strategic plans, operational policies, and standardized procedures to enhance clinic productivity and support growth.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators, financial results, and the use of resources throughout the clinic network.
  • Guide, coach, and develop clinic managers and their teams to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.
  • Cultivate a unified, cooperative, and patient-focused culture across the entire organization.
  • Oversee staff evaluations, training programs, and succession strategies for essential operational positions.
  • Lead the process of assimilating newly acquired clinics into the existing group's framework.
  • Partner with business development and investment teams to enable successful clinic acquisitions and network expansion.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and refine processes to ensure smooth and efficient growth.
  • Ensure all clinics fully comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, and other relevant authorities.
  • Lead continuous quality enhancement efforts and manage all audit and inspection processes.
  • Proactively address operational risks and maintain the highest standards of patient safety across all locations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Management or Business Administration.
  • Proven leadership experience of 3–5 years, with a background in fast-paced, multi-site operations like healthcare, retail, or food and beverage.
