Job Responsibilities

  • Report to Chief Operations Officer to oversee the 1) Marketing Team 2) Finance Team 3) Operations Team 4) Training Team 5) Quality Control Team & 6) Leasing Team
  • Oversee daily operations, P&L and manage the team to drive for a motivated different team and achieve business target.
  • Ensure to enforce company's standard and development of staff.
  • Assess, recruit, lead, manage, develop and retain a high-performance team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Work with senior management to drive F&B business development.
  • Ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in annual, mid and long term financial and marketing plans as well as the budgeting in accordance with the group's business and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the food and service.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in F&B industry, of which 5 years at supervisory level.
  • Preferably with experience from large chain restaurants
  • Energetic and professional. Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities.
  • Proven ability in managing multi-brand retail chain operations. Overseeing P&L and produce reports for management review.
  • High ability in complex problem, strategic thinking & analytical skills.
  • Prominent character profile of both a leader and team player.
