**_Position: _**Operations Director

**_Company Overview: _**We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company, specializing in cross-border e-commerce business. To further expand our operations and enhance operational efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team.

**_Job Overview: _**As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations team, ensuring smooth operations on platforms such as Amazon, Taobao, Lazada, Shopee, and others. You will formulate and execute operational strategies, coordinate the team, oversee inventory management, order processing, after-sales service, and other operational processes. Additionally, you will be in charge of utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook for promotions, enhancing brand exposure, and engaging with users.

**_Responsibilities and Requirements: _**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operating on platforms such as Amazon, Taobao, Lazada, Shopee, with an annual sales volume exceeding $500,000.
- Proficiency in cross-border e-commerce operational processes, familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and after-sales service.
- Demonstrated excellent team leadership and management skills, capable of effectively coordinating and motivating team members.
- Experience with social media platform promotions, including Facebook, and ability to formulate and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating with different teams to drive project progress.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to the rapid changes in the e-commerce market.
