As the Director of Operations , you are a member of the leadership team and work closely with the Managing Director to implement the strategic vision of the operation with a focus on project management, financial success and talent development. This role will report into the SVP, Director of Experience. Overview What you’ll be doing Flawless Program Management Ensures production processes are integrated with creative, creative strategy & measurement to enable the delivery of titanium ideas and results Directs program/ project management resources to ensure flawless execution of client deliverables which are on-time and on-budget while meeting creative objectives and client needs Ensures program/ project management team budgets and delivers target profitability on all projects Oversees the development of technical production processes and implements best practices Fosters collaboration amongst project management teams leveraging organizational resources including but not limited to procurement expertise, digital, logistics and other internal resources on projects as appropriate Client Management Support
