- Position : Logistics / Shipping Admin – Mandai – Up to $3,500
- Location : Mandai Estate (ONLY 5 minutes' walk to nearest Bus stop)
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
- Salary : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable bonus + 10 days Annual leave
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Prepare export documentation
- Processing of import & export documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)
- Co-ordination with shipping line, consolidator, trucking company and Transport Company
- Handle documents and coordination to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo
- Handle Customs Permit Declaration
- Knowledge in Customs Export Cargo Declaration and IncoTerms
- Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling import & export permit, and bill of lading
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
