Salary: Up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Work Arrangement: 5 Days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

Logistics Admin/ Logistics Coordinator

  • Prepare and handle daily logistics documentation, including airway bills, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Process Letters of Credit (LC) in compliance with trade and banking requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers to ensure timely shipments
  • Maintain and update SAP system with accurate order and shipment details
  • Track imports/exports, delivery schedules, and inventory movements
  • Assist in resolving shipment and documentation discrepancies

Sales Admin

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, quotations, and billing
  • Prepare shipping and trade documentation such as invoices, airway bills, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Manage and update SAP system for accurate sales and shipment records
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and sales-related documents

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of logistics administration experience (preferably in shipping/trading industry)
  • Knowledge of SAP, LC, and trade documentation (airway bills, shipping documents)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
