Summary:

  • Basic salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus
  • 5 Days Work Week

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory storage, and stock checks
  • Prepare shipping/export documents (Airway Bills, Delivery Orders, LCs, etc.)
  • Ensure timely clearance and smooth flow of shipments with forwarders/contractors
  • Track orders and manage spare parts dispatch requests
  • Handle procurement and sourcing of cost-effective deals
  • Maintain supplier, vendor, and freight forwarder relationships
  • Support inter-department coordination for logistics needs

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Knowledge of shipping documents and incoterms
