Logistic Executive Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and carriers for efficient shipment handling
  • Monitor and update inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Generate billing based on customer job data from the system modules
  • Maintain strong client relationships through prompt, clear, and professional communication
  • Provide general logistics and administrative support as required
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar field
  • Solid understanding of freight and logistics operations, including relevant documentation
  • Certification in permit declaration (TradeNet) is mandatory, with hands-on experience in customs clearance and the ability to issue import/export permits.

Shipping & Admin Executive Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily shipping operations, including import, export, and transshipment
  • Coordinate bookings, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and document preparation (Invoice, BL, COO, permits, etc.)
  • Track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and follow up with suppliers, forwarders, and factories
  • Handle billing, cost verification, and liaise with finance for payments
  • Support quality checks (packaging, shipping conditions, SOP compliance)
  • Assist with freight cost control, quotation comparisons, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain reports and trackers (shipment status, vendor performance, cost analysis)
  • Perform general admin tasks: data entry, filing, and support to the shipping team

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or shipping operations
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation

Import & Export Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing prompt and reliable support.
  • Process bookings efficiently, share flight details within 1 hour, and ensure export documentation compliance.
  • Apply for export permits and handle customs procedures accurately and on time.
  • Monitor shipment status and update customers on any delays or irregularities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate airfreight rates, stay informed of airline/government updates, and submit monthly reports promptly.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export industry
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
