Logistics Admin/ Coordinator | 2700 + Overtime

Job Scope:
- Handle local import/export of sales orders and delivery paperwork.
- Arrange delivery schedules with head office, suppliers, and forwarders.
- Check and update inventory; report stock issues.
- Manage shipping and receiving documents (labels, slips, verification).
- Work with warehouse team to keep goods moving smoothly.
- Keep workplace clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Perform admin tasks: PO, DO, invoices, data entry, filing.
- Prepare and submit warehouse reports on time.
- Respond to inquiries from teams, suppliers, customers, and management.
- Check and confirm invoices from service providers.
- Assist with other warehouse/logistics tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.
- With relevant experience as logistics admin or logistic operation is prefer
- Skilled in inventory/ shipping coordination and data entry.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
