At ChildFirst Pre-school, we are looking for a caring, energetic and proactive Parent Relations Manager to help families find the ideal environment for their child's first learning experience.

What You Will Do

  • Be the welcoming face of ChildFirst: Build genuine relationships with prospective parents and guide them through their enrolment journey.
  • Lead the administration experience: Handle enquiries, arrange school visits, conduct engaging tours, and manage the full enrolment process.
  • Champion early education: Help families understand the importance of a strong pre-school foundation and how ChildFirst supports their child's growth.
  • Collaborate with our educators: Work closely with principals and teachers to highlight each centre's strengths and ensure a seamless parent experience.
  • Manage leads thoughtfully: Use CRM tools to track, follow up and convert enquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Support community events: Participate in open houses, roadshows and other events that help families discover ChildFirst.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Experience in the early childhood education sector is an advantage
  • Personable and motivated, with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Comfortable to travel between centres when required
