This role focuses on supporting public relations and communications activities across the ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) and Singapore markets. You will act as a key coordinator between internal teams and external public relations agencies, helping to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, media activities, and communication tasks.

Contract role (MATERNITY COVER)

Location: Central

Salary: Up to $6,500

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations Coordination & Project Management

You will work closely with public relations agencies in ANZ and Singapore, managing daily communications, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

2. Internal & External Communications Support

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and the public relations agency to assist with both planned campaigns and ad-hoc communication needs, such as press releases, media outreach, and internal announcements.

3. Event & Media Support

For events involving media participation, you will support on-site logistics and coordination to ensure smooth execution.

4. Media Interview Management

You will arrange interviews between company spokespeople and journalists. This includes scheduling, preparing briefing materials, and managing post-interview follow-ups.

5. Social Media Content Management

You'll draft and manage organic social media posts (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and key messaging.

6. Reporting & Business Review Preparation

You will prepare reports and presentations that showcase public relations and communications results for internal reviews such as Quarterly Business Planning (QBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong English proficiency for clear writing and communication across markets.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) for documentation, presentations, and file management.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, including posting, scheduling, engagement tracking, and understanding the platform's tone and basic metrics.
