Investor Relations
Our client is a well-established real estate investment trust (REIT) that is publicly traded on the Singapore Exchange. Their primary focus is on managing a portfolio of commercial assets and they have a proven history of successful investments, developments, and management of top-tier properties within Singapore and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high quality investor relations materials such as press releases, investor and board presentations, as well as website/social media content.
- Plan and organise investor meetings and events including webinars, hosted events, conferences and AGMs/EGMs.
- Engage with analysts/agencies and provide relevant feedback and disclosure.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of the organisation's ESG initiatives and performance.
- Benchmarking of industry best practices and provide relevant market insights, updates on industry/ESG trends and actionable recommendations.
- Assist with any other tasks that the company may require.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in investor relations or related function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confident to share ideas and opinions, even in the presence of senior or experienced individuals.
- High situational and social awareness, with strong relationship-building capabilities with individuals at all levels.
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of delivering clear and compelling messages
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach; well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Quick thinker, skilled in proposing solutions on the spot.
- Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
