**Job Description**:
You will be part of our Capital Markets & Investor Relations team supporting CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and will report to Head, Capital Markets & Investor Relations of CLARML.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire annual report and production process, including drafting Chairman and CEO messages, coordinating with various internal departments to provide the required information for the report and engagement of external consultants
- Prepare half yearly financial results and quarterly business update materials such as press release, presentation and FAQ
- Organise half yearly analyst and media investor briefings
- Prepare quarterly investor relations reports for the Board, and other internal and external presentations
- Work closely with the investment and portfolio management teams to prepare acquisition and divestment press releases and presentations
- Arrange and prepare for investor/analyst meetings (such as conferences, 1-1 meetings, property tours), and follow up on queries in a timely manner
- Assist in organising Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings
- Keep abreast of market/regulatory information, analyst reports, industry development and news of competitors, and provide timely feedback to Management
- Manage and ensure that the corporate website for CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is up to-date

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in the real estate sector and/or fund management
- Meticulous, analytical, resourceful and self-motivated
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
