**Purpose & Scope**
- The investor relations officer drives engagement with stakeholders of all levels, creating and presenting a consistent investment message to the investment community including equity and bond holders, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company performance.

The investor relations officer will also be responsible for responding to consultations papers, engaging with global ratings agencies and advising senior internal management on rating framework change and/or regulatory changes and lastly leading engagements with shareholders for investment annual meetings.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collect and analysing industry data to create charts, dashboards and supporting material to be presented to management or shareholders
- Develop key messages and creates presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events and presentations to analysts, brokers and investors
- Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy
- Review and enhance annual report contents to ensure best practice disclosures
- Support in annual report production & distribution
- Track and review ESG ratings with major rating agencies to further enhance the Company’s corporate image and reputation

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience with investor relations of listed corporations or banking, private equity, funds, corporate finance and/ or equity research
- Strong ability to cut through complexity
- Strong understanding of financial reports, analytical and power point presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and team work both internally and with external stakeholders
