**The Role**
- Establish and own relationships with key investment professionals at Asia Pacific’s top institutional investors and family offices to maximise their participation and engagement at our investment conferences.
- Take complete ownership of investor participation targets and strive to identify and engage with leading thought leaders in the space.
- Undertake content curation responsibilities and aid in market research to co-author an agenda that discusses topical industry trends, key challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct research to build leads and expand our network of investor clients, hedge fund and private equity fund managers in Asia Pacific & the Middle East.
- Facilitate introductions between featured hedge fund / private equity fund managers and investor clients and be the main point of contact for investors to assist them during the manager screening and matchmaking process.
- Travel to event locations to manage the program agenda and overall investor expectations.

**The Requirements**
- Personable and articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills (specifically listening and questioning skills), and comfortable presenting to senior-level investment professionals.
- Driven self-starter who can identify and target relevant investor contacts not yet familiar with our brand(s), and someone who is confident in their ability to establish relationships where none exist currently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams across the organization to achieve positive results.
- Interest in travelling is ideal or at least have no objections to travel as required.
- Previous experience of working within the financial services (particularly the asset management space) and/or B2B events preferred.
