**About Patience Capital Group**

Patience Capital Group (PCG) is a leading international real estate investment manager headquartered in Singapore. Founded in 2019, PCG manages assets on behalf of institutional and private investors worldwide. PCG currently manages two closed-end funds: (i) a hospitality fund focused on unlocking value in the Japanese tourism sector and (ii) a residential fund investing in mid-market residential assets located in the Greater Tokyo area. The team at PCG brings a collective track-record of over 50 years and over US$20bn across various asset classes.

**Location**:Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding investors, managing investor relationships and servicing clients’ requests
- Work collaboratively with various teams within PCG to maintain marketing materials, investor reporting and other investor communications
- Oversee and respond to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires
- Conduct roadshows, investor meetings, arrange and attend investor site-check trips
- Organise events for investors

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years experience in client service roles, preferably in the real estate fund management industry
- Sound knowledge of regulations related to fund management and marketing financial products
- Languages: Strong written and verbal command of English. Mandarin and Japanese language abilities are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive with respect to managing workload and new business origination
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
