Job Summary

The Investor Relations (IR) professional plays a critical role in managing and maintaining relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial community. The IR team acts as the primary point of contact for communicating financial information, company updates and investment opportunities to external stakeholders. The primary objective of the IR role is to effectively convey the company's investment story and enhance investor confidence and understanding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the investment community, including analysts, shareholders, and potential investors.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial information, reports, and presentations for external stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, roadshows, and investor conferences to promote the company's investment proposition.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and communications to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to external stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess shareholder sentiment, investor perceptions, and market expectations to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's annual report, earnings releases, and other investor-related communications.
- Maintain the investor relations database, investor contact lists, and other relevant records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles in the finance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using investor relations tools, financial databases, and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across department.
- **Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
