**Position Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This person will play a key role for fundraising and investor relations activities at our firm. Ideally you will have at least 5+ years of experience within a private equity or venture capital firm that includes the ability to manage fundraising processes, investor relationships with a strong interest in South East Asia and early stage tech investments. You will be investor focused, intellectually curious, good with numbers, and willing to go that extra mile to deliver excellence.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support the organization of investor fundraisings for the firm's funds, co-investments and portfolio companies.
- Prepare and maintain investor communication materials, including data rooms, quarterly reports, pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires etc.
- Knowledge of the investment landscape with the ability to produce market research and analysis to support investor relations and fundraising activities.
- Plan and support the organization of AGMs, including the preparation of presentations.
- Facilitate and coordinate investor relations events, including maintaining corporate calendar and investor engagements.
- Relationship management of existing investors, ensuring timely responses to all investor queries.

**What You’ll Have**:

- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work closely with our finance team to analyze financial data to communicate to investors confidently — verbally, visually and in writing.
- Investor-orientated with outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional reporting writing and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in all Microsoft and Google platforms with ability to maintain CRM systems.
