This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish good rapport with research analysts, institutional investors and retail investors;
- Assist to develop investors engagement strategies and investor relations programme;
- Coordinate, plan, organise and execute investor relations networking events, conferences and roadshows;
- Conducts financial research on other companies including acquisition targets or competitors;
- Monitor performance and result-oriented metrics with relevant financial models;
- Regularly track investors’ perception and query, conveying the same to the management, and resolving any discrimination if they arise;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to collate and prepare presentation decks.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree with at least 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance or financial analysis. CFA charterholder will be an added advantage.
- Able to understand, analyse and articulate financial information.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Writer.
- Proactive, meticulous and a good team player with positive attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and take on ad-hoc assignments.
