**Job Summary**: We are working with a global hospitality asset management platform to hire their Head, Investor Relations.

This role is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community, analysts and media, i.e. to monitor and provide feedback to management on the opinions of the investment community, analysts and media regarding the performance.

**Job Description**:

- Develop and maintain Investor relations plan.
- Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function
- Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and create that mix through a variety of initiatives.
- Work closely with the management team and when the need arises for messages to be conveyed, develop investor relations messages to manage communication with the investment community, analysts and media
- Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for quarterly announcements, presentations to analysts, investors, media, etc
- Oversee the production of all annual reports and proxy statements
- Manage the investor relations portion of the company website.
- Monitor analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management.

**Key Qualification**
- Relevant University degree
- Strong experience of 8-12 years and minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate communications and/or investor relations
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong business networking capability
- MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Prefer familiarization with property and financial concepts, as well as ESG principles.
- Project Management skills
