Director of Investor Relations

A growing debt financing platform is seeking a Director of Investor Relations & Fundraising, a pivotal role designed to spearhead their mission in shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure financing in Asia. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive growth and innovation within an emerging sector critical to climate change mitigation and sustainability efforts.
What sets this role apart is the chance to fill a vital gap in the debt financing landscape, working alongside a team committed to making tangible differences in how sustainable infrastructure is funded and implemented across Southeast Asia.
**Key Duties**:
- Lead capital-raising efforts with philanthropic and private/public investors and formulate innovative financing structures that meet the unique needs of sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Manage the fund financial model and facilitate strategic discussions to support investment decisions.
- Articulate and champion the value proposition while highlighting the risk-vs-reward of investing in sustainable infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
**Requirements**:
- Banking veteran with at least 15 years of experience within infrastructure and blended finance.
- Exceptional in financial modelling and end-to-end management of the investment and deal process.
- Ability to identify and articulate market gaps within sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy, climate adaption, etc. and provide evidence to support the narrative.
