SUMMARY AND BENEFITS
- Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village
- Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Crew (SALARY RANGE: S$2,200 – S$2,900)
- Deliver excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly.
- Set up and close the restaurant according to standard procedures.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Support smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
Restaurant Supervisor (SALARY RANGE: S$3,000 – S$3,500)
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Support team members in guest interactions and handle customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards in food service, presentation, and overall dining experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
- Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
