Position Summary
The Executive, Community Integration (Programmes & Event Management) is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the organisation's annual signature events and volunteer management and engagement programmes to achieve the organisational objectives. He/she will develop new and existing partnership programmes to expand engagement and development of the organisation's beneficiaries and families.
Job Description
- Manage and execute organisation's annual signature events and social integration programmes in accordance with organisational objectives and standards to actively engage Club Rainbow's beneficiaries and their families.
- Establish meaningful collaboration with corporate and institutional partners, and volunteers/ voluntary groups for programme delivery and volunteering opportunities.
- Work with the team to develop volunteer management and engagement strategies and established a structured framework for various stages of the volunteer life cycle, from resourcing, recruitment, training, development to retention.
- Coordinate volunteer management and engagement programmes to augment meaningful engagement between volunteers, beneficiaries and their families.
- Support cross-departmental needs for volunteer resources, and coordinate day-to-day operations to address such needs.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, budget and manpower resources for the events and programmes
- Evaluate effectiveness of events and programmes, and develop and implement strategies to increase the outreach and engagement of beneficiaries and families, and volunteers.
- Update database in system for statistical reporting and prepare post-event reports
- Perform any job-specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma holder and above in any discipline
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience in both programme & event management and community development, though fresh graduates are welcome

- Strong inter-personal skills with an interest in relationship building
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lean working environment
- Creative, nurturing and passionate in working with children and youths
- Must be willing to work on weekends to run the organized programmes and events
Permanent full time position.
Hybrid work arrangement.
