**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Executive (Programme Management), you are required to perform the day-to-day
operations in a team and interact with stakeholders.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Enrols participants and handle re-schedule, withdrawal and refund requests.
2. Prepares training records, such as schedules, attendance sheets, etc.
4. Books classrooms and ensures they are properly set up.
5. Submit participants’ details on Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement
system.
6. Prepares and disseminates the certificates to the participants or thru the company representative for company-sponsored participants.
7. Resolves issues as they arise onsite.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
2. Preferably with two years of experience in administrative job related to training and adult education and/or education industry.
3. Be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
4. Able to work independently without supervision.
5. With good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. With strong work ethnics and professional conduct.
