Lead, Manage and Provide onsite EUCD support
- Incident and problem resolution of EUCD stations
- Administration and Configuration of EUCD devices
- End User Device Hardening and Lockdown
- Handle laptop Re-imaging incidents
- Moving PCs and Devices within same premises
- Network Access Control (NAC) related issue
- Guide users on data backup and transfer
- On-site support for engineers facing issues with EUCD device deployments
- Asset and Resource Management
- Respond to desktop audit related queries.
- Coordinate with central team and agency to schedule the software upgrades.
