
Desktop Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused technical professional to lead our Desktop Support team in delivering top-notch assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities:- Develop deployment schedules for the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
- Offer IT technical onsite support for end-user service problems, including identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and hardware components.
- Install, re-install, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications in Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.
- Resolve complex calls or tasks and prepare daily status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT-related courses.
- Demonstrate a good attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and excellent client-facing skills with professional presence and communication skills.
