The position reports to the Marketing & Engagement Executive at SAFRA Mount Faber Club. The primary purpose of this role is to enhance member satisfaction by supporting the planning and delivery of club events, programmes and engagement initiatives. The role also provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution and positive members' experiences.

Main / Key Responsibility(ies)

  1. Raise general membership satisfaction by organising and managing Club events, courses, and recreational programmes.
  2. Assist in formulating and executing the Club's annual work plan and budget to meet divisional objectives.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and execute executive learning, social, and recreational events.
  4. Act as Secretariat for Club Interest Groups (e.g., Golfing Section) and provide administrative support.
  5. Manage partnerships and vendors to ensure quality delivery of services and programmes.
  6. Conduct market scans to identify new and relevant courses/activities.
  7. Promote activities in collaboration with the marketing team to increase member participation.
  8. Compile and track KPIs, event statistics, and activity reports accurately and timely.
  9. Handle all event feedback, inquiries, and prepare post-event reports when required.
  10. Support Club Manager in daily operations and perform Duty Officer responsibilities, including on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' / diploma levels with good CCA records and/or active involvement in sports
  • Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in events management
  • Possess excellent service mindset
  • Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure
  • Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skill
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic website knowledge
