Operation Admin Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operatins Admin to manage the daily operations of our salon.
This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations, execellent customer service, and a strong online presence.
The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with a passion for the beauty industry and a knack for both administrative tasks and creative marketing.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of online and offline inventory, including tracking stock levels.
Customer Booking
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Handle phone and online inquiries.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement engaging social media content, including creating posts, stories, and running basic ad campaigns. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends.
Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photos and video of stylist work, salon ambiance, and promotional events for use on social media and marketing materials. Basic video editing skills are a plus.
Administrative Tasks
- Handle general administrative duties such as responding to emails, printing documents, managing filling systems, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experiance in a similar administrative or operational role, preferably in the beauty or service ndustry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using socal media platforms (Instsagram, Facebook, etc) for busniess purposes.
- Basic photography and videography skills, including the ability to capture and edit photos and videos.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and booking software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and priotitize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
