About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Business Admin Support to join our team at LHG PROPERTIES PTE. LTD.' in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our growing real estate business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our business, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks
  • Assisting with client management and sales administration, such as preparing proposals, and maintaining client records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Performing other duties as required to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Similar administrative or client support role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making
