Student Care Program Facilitator

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Student Care Program Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will supervise and support children in a safe and nurturing environment, helping them with homework, activities, and social development. You'll engage students through fun and educational programs, guide positive behaviour, and communicate with parents about their child's progress. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, is patient, and wants to make a positive impact on their growth and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Look after students during centre hours, keeping them safe and happy.
- Help students with homework and learning activities in a patient and encouraging way.
- Plan and run fun activities, games, and enrichment programs that engage children.
- Guide students on positive behaviour and help them develop good habits.
- Support each child's individual needs, including their emotional and social well-being.
- Keep parents in the loop about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Help with day-to-day centre tasks, like attendance, meals, and keeping the environment tidy.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who loves working with children and enjoys helping them learn and grow.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable, with good communication skills.
- Able to manage a group of kids with care and understanding.
- Experience in childcare or student care is a plus, but not required—we provide training
