Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and committed Trainers to deliver engaging training sessions across our portfolio of courses. The Trainer will be responsible for facilitating learning delivering course content, and ensuring learners can apply knowledge in real-world settings. This role is ideal for passionate educators who can simplify complex concepts and connect with diverse groups of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions (in-person and/or online) for learners ranging from students to working professionals.
• Conduct hands-on workshops on topics such as Python, AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate), RPA/OCR, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
• Engage learners through interactive discussions, practical examples, and group activities.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the training team to update and improve course content.
• (Optional) Contribute to curriculum development for new training programmes.
• Training materials will be provided.

Requirements

• Prior training, teaching, or facilitation experience preferred (corporate training, polytechnic/ITE/uni lecturing, or private training).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt content for learners with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Passionate about teaching and helping learners reach their full potential.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Fresh Grads or no experience are also welcome to apply as we offer training (most importantly is confident to engage a classroom)

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
