We currently manage Student Care and Kindergarten Care (KCare) centres around the country. Raffles Student Care is committed to providing a child-safe environment in accordance with child-safe standards.

We are looking for a **Centre Supervisor** to join our **Student Care Centre** team in **Bishan.**

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of the daily activities
- Lead, manage and coach a team of SCC employees
- Make plans and arrangements for manpower and logistics
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve excellence by providing the necessary support and advice
- Administer safety protocols on a daily basis
- Monitor daily actions and ensure compliance to SCC guidelines
- Communicate with stakeholders (eg. parents, school leaders, government bodies)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
