**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and responsive care to infants, including feeding, diapering, napping, and comforting.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, behavior, and health, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment at all times.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and program policies.
- Maintain respectful and supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Recognize and respond to the individual needs of each child.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (infant-specific).
- At least [insert number] months/years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
- Understanding of infant development, safety, and nutrition.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.
- Patience, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler care.
- HCIC AND ACEY IS A MUST
- Familiarity with early learning guidelines and documentation practices (e.g., portfolios, daily reports).
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
