What You'll Do:
Recruitment Coordination:
- Post job advertisements on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews as financial planners.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find potential candidates.
- Think creatively to attract career switchers and high-quality candidates.
Interview Scheduling:
- Arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates and managers.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with promising candidates.
Database Management:
- Update and maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Some experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is preferred.
Skills:
- Procient in using recruitment portals and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Attitude:
- A self-starter who can think outside the box and take initiative.
