We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and account growth across Southeast Asia for our client. You'll represent a global brand that supplies advanced processing machinery to manufacturers, helping them efficiently transform raw materials into high-value finished or semi-finished products.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in technical sales, understands manufacturing operations, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals

  • Deliver technical consultative sales, translating customer needs into compelling equipment solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, tradeshows, and client engagement

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand market reach

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, or hands-on experience in manufacturing/processing operations

  • Proven track record in sales, business development and / or account management within one or more target industries

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to offer consultative sales

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently across diverse markets

  • Willingness to travel across Asia
