**Job Objective & Key Responsibilities**:
The Regional Technical Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational execution of all technical aspects within the service and responsibility scope of Stulz ASIA HUB Pte. Lte.. This includes product management, after-sales service incl. quality management, commissioning of major key account projects, training and development for sales and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Leadership of Regional Product Management:

- Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with the headquarters in Germany and regional production facilities.
- Analyse market and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Expansion and Management of Regional After-Sales Service:

- Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Implement efficient service processes and standards in alignment with the Global Services (HQ)

3. Leadership of the Regional Commissioning Team:

- Support global and regional key account projects.
- Deployment of the Stulz Asia Hub Regional Commissioning Team
- Coordinate commissioning and training of systems and equipment within the region in

alignment with the related factories, local and regional project management

4. Establishment and Management of a Regional Training Center:

- Development of a regional training centre (Stulz Academy) in collaboration and coordination

with the EMEA and USA sales regions and the emerging academies there.
- Develop and conduct training programs for the Stulz internal sales / service teams and Stulz

clients
- Promote continuous learning and professional development for employees and clients.

5. Coordination and Alignment:

- Work closely with the Asia Steering Committee and relevant global entities.
- Ensure transparent communication and coordination of all relevant topics.

6. Development of Business Plans and Product / Solutions Strategies:

- Create and implement business plans in accordance with product strategies in collaboration and

coordination with MD Stulz Asia and the Stulz Steering Committee Asia
- Respond promptly to market changes to ensure the growth of market share.
