Training & Development Executive (12-month contract)

  • Training Operations

  • Coordinate and plan training programmes for internal staff and external partners

  • Liaise with and support training participants, manage queries, and track participation
  • Secure venues, manage logistics, and ensure training setups are appropriate
  • Monitor and evaluate the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Gather and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and make improvements

  • Manage training budgets

  • Trainer Coordination

  • Liaise with internal and external trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported

  • Training Content Management

  • Work with subject-matter experts to co-develop training content

  • Ensure content remains current, accessible, and relevant
  • Incorporate real-world scenarios into training materials

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Project management or training administration experience will be an advantage
Working Hours:
  • Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

    (Subject to manager's approval and individual work performance)
