Central Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $50,000 - $80,000 per year

Up to $1,980/mth | Executive (Civil Cluster Legal Ops) | Mon–Fri (Office Hours)

Responsibilities:

• Handle admission of Advocates & Solicitors and Lawyer Non-Practising (LNP) matters

• Open and close Admission of Advocates and Solicitors (AAS), Admission of Advocates and Solicitors (ANS), and LNP requests in Intelligent Workspace (IW), including checking and filing documents

• Monitor AAS e-Litigation and AAS inbox

• Process and review applications/documents and handle electronic filing

• Upload documents in IW system

• Perform data entry of processed applications in the Master Excel spreadsheet

• Perform ad-hoc or additional tasks as directed by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Work Attire:

• Smart Casual / Formal
