Quality Service Officer, Temporary Executive

Period 3 months- Extendable

Salary $2900-$3500/Mth

Responsibilities


• Review and assess feedback and enquiries from members of public received from QSM channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls


• Provide 1st interim replies to QSM cases received


• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public. This includes providing advice on templates and drafts.


• Monitor progress of QSM cases and work with relevant divisions to ensure cases are closed within the WOG service standards


• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received for QSM reports

Requirements

  1. Resourceful, meticulous and a team player

  2. Good writing and communication skills

  3. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  4. Good analytical skills and the ability to think logically

  5. Independent, proactive and highly committed

  6. Customer service experience is preferred

  7. Relevant experience in public agencies will be an added advantage

Working Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm.

Working Location:
