Salary: up to $7500 Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

*Remuneration: Year end bonus VB AL

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in EHS roles, preferably in a building construction environment.
  • Professional certifications in EHS.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific EHS requirements and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in developing and delivering EHS training programs.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organization's compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
  • work closely with employees, management, and regulatory bodies to develop, implement, and monitor effective EHS policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities across the organization.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
