Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular site inspections to evaluate plant health, turf conditions, and overall landscape quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve operational issues alongside site gardeners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and prepare reports for clients on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Coordinate the application of fertilizers, chemicals, and supplements to promote healthy plant growth and pest control.
  • Attend client meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to address landscape-related inquiries.
  • Develop action plans with cost proposals for prioritized maintenance tasks and site improvements.
  • Train and mentor site crews on best practices for landscape maintenance.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe, well-maintained, and seek approvals with method statements when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
  • Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management, or equivalent qualification recognized by the client.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape maintenance or site coordination.
  • Skilled in report writing and familiar with basic digital tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Passionate about sustainable landscaping and committed to operational excellence.
  • Able to commit 5.5 work days.
