About the role

Landscape Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our construction projects in the West Region. What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of any issues
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate and attend site visits, meetings, and progress reviews
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, processing invoices, and managing project-related paperwork
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the success of the project team.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in construction, project management, or a related field is preferred.
