Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2200 - $3000
  • Location: Tuas South
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Variable Bonus + OT Payable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supported and managed daily sales operations, providing administrative support to the sales team.
  • Attended to calls and customer enquiries; processed orders and coordinated delivery planning and scheduling.
  • Conducted site visits when required to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisted the project department with documentation, filing, recording, and data updates.
  • Prepared quotations and handled purchasing documents, including purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Assisted in the preparation and submission of reports and tender-related documents.
  • Performed vendor sourcing, procurement, stock monitoring, and inventory recording.
  • Monitored order shipments and ensured timely delivery.
  • Supported ISO documentation, preparation, and filing requirements.
  • Collaborated with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and smooth coordination.
  • Carried out other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering (Drawing/Reading)
  • Open to travel out of office to client's site
