Business Support Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage administrative requests and respond to queries from advisers and clients.
•Assist in daily administrative operations.
•Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
•Monitor and track the status of pending or outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up.
•Prepare and send letters, forms, and other correspondence.
•Review or prepare submission documents.
•Generate client quotations.
•Prepare product comparison materials.
•Execution of investment trades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Fluency in written and spoken English.
•Proficiency in general computer usage as well as Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Power Point
•Quick learner with strong adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
•Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
