Customer Care & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of producer and retailer trainings, workshops, and briefing sessions.
- Lead the customer care team to ensure timely, professional responses via email, hotline, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain FAQs, call scripts, and escalation processes.
- Monitor service quality, track issues, and recommend improvements.
- Train and guide staff to handle customer queries effectively.
- Address and resolve operational or communication issues as they arise.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Engagement and Experience and CEO.
Business & Office Support
- Organise schedules, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for the CEO.
- Manage daily office administration, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate logistics, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure office policies, records, and documentation are kept up to date.
- Support Engagement and Experience team on stakeholder engagement and events.
- Support with onboarding, expense claims, and other coordination needs from other teams.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in office administration, PA/executive support, or customer service leadership.
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
