Central Region, Singapore Accountstaff (EA) Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Customer Care & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of producer and retailer trainings, workshops, and briefing sessions.
  • Lead the customer care team to ensure timely, professional responses via email, hotline, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs, call scripts, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor service quality, track issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Train and guide staff to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Address and resolve operational or communication issues as they arise.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Engagement and Experience and CEO.



Business & Office Support

  • Organise schedules, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for the CEO.
  • Manage daily office administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure office policies, records, and documentation are kept up to date.
  • Support Engagement and Experience team on stakeholder engagement and events.
  • Support with onboarding, expense claims, and other coordination needs from other teams.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in office administration, PA/executive support, or customer service leadership.
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
